Raleigh EcoPallet opens its first 5,000 sq ft facility with a team of 3 and a mission to keep pallets out of landfills.
10,000 Pallets Recycled
Reached our first major milestone during a challenging year. Pivoted to contactless pickup and delivery protocols.
Zero Landfill Achieved
Implemented our zero-landfill commitment. Every pallet is now reused, repaired, or converted to mulch and biomass.
Expanded to 15,000 sq ft
Tripled our facility size to meet growing demand. Added a dedicated repair bay and semi-automated sorting line.

Community Garden Program
150 bedsDonated 150 raised garden beds built from upcycled pallets to 12 community gardens across Wake County. These beds provide fresh produce to food-insecure families.
School Education Visits
8 schools/yearOur team visits 8 local schools annually to teach students about recycling, circular economy, and environmental stewardship through hands-on pallet recycling demonstrations.
Habitat for Humanity Partnership
12 homesWe provide discounted and donated pallet wood to Habitat for Humanity builds in the Raleigh area. Reclaimed pallet wood has been used in fencing, shelving, and decorative features.
Annual Pallet Collection Drive
2,500 pallets/yearOur community pallet collection event invites local businesses and residents to responsibly dispose of unwanted pallets for free, keeping them out of illegal dump sites and landfills.
