01

Pallet Collars

Pallet collars are hinged wooden frames that sit on top of a pallet to create a sturdy, stackable box. They fold flat when not in use and can be stacked multiple layers high to create containers of varying depths. Pallet collars transform a flat pallet into a reusable shipping container, eliminating the need for disposable cardboard boxes for many applications.

Key Benefits

  • Foldable and reusable — eliminates single-use boxes
  • Stackable to create containers of any depth
  • Protects goods during shipping and storage
  • Compatible with all standard pallet sizes
  • Available in new and used condition
  • Can be fitted with lids for full enclosure

Common Applications

Automotive parts, agricultural products, industrial components, retail distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, and any operation that currently uses cardboard boxes on pallets.

02

Pallet Caps & Lids

Pallet caps and lids provide top protection for palletized loads. They sit on top of stacked goods or pallet collars to shield products from dust, moisture, and light. Available in wood, plywood, and corrugated options to match your protection requirements and budget. Reusable caps are an excellent investment for closed-loop supply chains.

Key Benefits

  • Protects from dust, rain, and UV light
  • Works with pallet collars for full enclosure
  • Available in wood, plywood, and corrugated
  • Reusable for closed-loop operations
  • Custom sizes available to match any pallet
  • Lightweight and easy to handle

Common Applications

Outdoor storage, weather-sensitive products, pharmaceutical distribution, food storage, and any application where top protection is needed.

03

Corner Protectors

Corner protectors (also called edge protectors or corner boards) are L-shaped or U-shaped pieces made from cardboard, plastic, or foam that shield the edges and corners of palletized loads from strap damage and impact. They distribute the clamping force of strapping across a wider area, preventing indentation and crushing of products at the edges.

Key Benefits

  • Prevents strap indentation on products
  • Protects corners from impact damage
  • Distributes strapping force evenly
  • Available in cardboard, plastic, and foam
  • Multiple thicknesses for different protection levels
  • Reduces product damage claims significantly

Common Applications

Furniture shipping, appliance distribution, paper and printing products, building materials, electronics, and any fragile or easily dented products.

04

Slip Sheets

Slip sheets are thin sheets of solid fiberboard, corrugated board, or plastic that serve as a substitute for pallets in certain applications. They sit underneath a unit load and can be pushed or pulled by special forklift attachments. Slip sheets save space, reduce weight, and cost significantly less per unit than pallets, making them ideal for export and one-way shipping where the pallet itself would be abandoned.

Key Benefits

  • Fraction of the cost of a pallet
  • Saves warehouse space (stack flat)
  • Reduces shipping weight dramatically
  • Eliminates ISPM-15 requirements for export
  • Available in fiberboard, corrugated, and plastic
  • Works with push-pull forklift attachments

Common Applications

Export shipping, air freight, cold storage facilities, tight warehouse spaces, and any application where reducing shipping weight and cost is a priority.

05

Stretch Wrap & Shrink Wrap

Stretch wrap (also called shrink wrap or pallet wrap) is the most common method of securing goods to pallets. The elastic film wraps around the load to hold everything in place, provide dust and moisture protection, and create a unitized load for efficient handling. We carry hand wrap for low-volume operations and machine wrap for high-throughput facilities.

Key Benefits

  • Secures loads to pallets effectively
  • Provides dust and moisture protection
  • Hand wrap for low-volume operations
  • Machine wrap for high-throughput facilities
  • Various gauges for different load weights
  • Clear or tinted options available

Common Applications

Universal pallet securing, warehouse storage protection, shipping preparation, load unitization, tamper evidence, and virtually any palletized operation.

06

Pallet Liners

Pallet liners are sheets of material placed between the pallet deck and the goods to provide a clean, smooth surface and prevent product contact with the wood. They are essential for food products, pharmaceuticals, and any application where cleanliness is important. Available in plastic, corrugated, and paper options.

Key Benefits

  • Creates a clean barrier between pallet and product
  • Prevents small items from falling through gaps
  • Available in food-grade materials
  • Plastic options for moisture protection
  • Corrugated options for cushioning
  • Custom sizes to fit any pallet dimension

Common Applications

Food and beverage shipping, pharmaceutical distribution, small parts packaging, any product that could fall through deck board gaps, and hygiene-sensitive operations.

07

Strapping & Banding

Pallet strapping secures goods to the pallet and holds layers together during shipping and handling. We carry polypropylene (PP) strapping for light to medium loads, polyester (PET) strapping for heavy loads, and steel strapping for the most demanding applications. All strapping is available in various widths and tensile strengths.

Key Benefits

  • Polypropylene for light to medium loads
  • Polyester for heavy and high-tension loads
  • Steel strapping for maximum security
  • Hand tools and tensioners available
  • Multiple widths and strengths in stock
  • Bulk pricing for high-volume users

Common Applications

Securing palletized loads for transport, bundling products together, heavy equipment shipping, lumber and building materials, and any application requiring positive load retention.

08

Dunnage & Void Fill

Dunnage refers to the materials used to fill voids and cushion products within a palletized load. This includes airbags (dunnage bags), foam blocks, corrugated inserts, and paper fill. Proper dunnage prevents shifting, absorbs shock, and protects products from damage during transport over rough roads or through multiple handling points.

Key Benefits

  • Prevents product shifting during transport
  • Absorbs shock and vibration
  • Fills voids to stabilize loads
  • Airbag options for quick inflation
  • Recyclable and reusable options available
  • Critical for fragile and high-value shipments

Common Applications

Fragile electronics, glassware, machinery, bottled goods, and any palletized shipment traveling long distances or through multiple handling points.

09

Pallet Labels & Markings

Pallet identification labels, barcode tags, RFID tags, and stencil markings for pallet tracking and inventory management. Proper labeling helps warehouse management systems identify pallet contents, routing, and handling requirements at a glance. We supply blank and pre-printed labels in standard and custom formats.

Key Benefits

  • Barcode labels for WMS integration
  • RFID tags for automated tracking
  • Weatherproof and tear-resistant options
  • Custom printed with your branding
  • Color-coded for department routing
  • Compliant with GS1 and retail standards

Common Applications

Warehouse management, supply chain tracking, retail distribution compliance, automated sorting systems, and any operation that needs to track palletized inventory.

We stock pallet collars for the most common pallet sizes including 48x40 (GMA standard), 48x48, and Euro (800x1200mm). Custom collar sizes can be fabricated to match any pallet dimension. Collars come in standard 6-inch and 8-inch heights and can be stacked to create containers of any depth.

The appropriate gauge depends on your load weight and shape. For light loads under 1,000 lbs, 60 to 70 gauge hand wrap works well. For medium loads of 1,000 to 2,500 lbs, 70 to 80 gauge is standard. For heavy or irregularly shaped loads over 2,500 lbs, use 80 gauge or higher. Machine wrap typically starts at 70 gauge. Our team can recommend the exact gauge for your application.
