What the quote form collects and where it goes.

Raleigh EcoPallet is a referral service. It takes requests to buy, sell or recycle pallets in Raleigh and the Triangle and passes them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare the quotes. This policy explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.
1. What the Form Collects
When you send the quote form, it collects what you enter:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Company name, if you give one
- Street address, city, state and ZIP or postal code, for pickup or delivery
- What you need: service, pallet type, grade, quantity and timing
- Anything you write in the message field
The form also records the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link that brought you to the site.
2. How Your Request Is Used
Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which passes it to one or more partner suppliers so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Your details are used for that request and for follow-up about it. They are not sold.
3. Text Messages
The form has an optional box to receive text messages about your request. If you tick it, a partner supplier may text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Leaving the box unticked does not affect your quote.
4. Analytics and Cookies
The site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are used. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, are counted without cookies or storage on their device. The site sets no advertising cookies.
5. Retention
Requests are kept for as long as they are needed to quote and follow up, and for record keeping after that. You can ask for your request to be deleted at any time.
6. Your Choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent, or to stop further contact about your request. Send the form or email [email protected] and say what you would like done.
7. Children
The site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes and Contact
